This eLearning system is designed for internal use by the head office’s education division. Collaborated closely with the Human Resource Development Manager based in Japan to align content and functionality with organizational training goals.

Key Contributions
  • Reviewed and clarified project documentation during leadership transition from a maternity leave handover.
  • Managed and resolved bug fixes from Phase 1 (Employee Learning Panel).
  • Designed and developed new features for Phase 2 (Management Panel).
  • Troubleshot and resolved technical issues related to reverse proxy configuration, URL rewrite rules, and CORS policy conflicts.
Achievements

  • Successfully resolved proxy server and PDF asset display issues related to CORS, demonstrating expertise beyond code development.
