HR, Skill, and Project Management Systems

HR & Attendance Management System

This system was built to simplify day-to-day HR operations like tracking attendance, managing leave applications, and handling payroll. It supports different user roles—employees, managers, and admins—allowing each to access features relevant to their responsibilities. Employees can apply for leave, managers can approve it, and salary calculations are handled based on predefined entitlements. The dashboard provides a clear summary of all key information, and reports can be exported as PDFs or sent automatically via email for easy record-keeping and follow-up.

Skill Management System

Developed for the Japan head office, this system helps HR track employee skills and project participation. It stores detailed profiles including technical skills, languages, certifications, and past projects. HR teams can search and filter based on specific skills or experience, making it easier to assign people to the right projects. It also highlights what qualifications employees may need to acquire in preparation for future assignments. This tool supports long-term skill development and better resource planning across the company.

Project & Defect Management System

This system works together with the company’s existing MA-EYES platform, pulling in project and user information to manage software development progress and defect tracking. Developers can log bugs, test plans, and actual results, while managers can review summaries and export data for further analysis. Features include project search, defect list and bulk registration, tracking of test schedules, and downloadable reports. It also allows syncing with MA-EYES, performing database backups, and running macro tools to gather test data. The system is designed to support smooth internal coordination and improve quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
